of the RoHS Manufacture Order Number will be 5121 or 5101. |

RoHS Compliant Components Checking List: |

When worker getting componments for the RoHS Manfacture Order according to the |
|
"RoHS Compliant Components Checking List", the worker can not getting |
|
componments for none RoHS Manfacture Order at the same time. This can provent |
|
mixing and contaminate RoHS compliant material and equiptment. |
|

Check RoHS label on the material: |
|
When workers getting componments for RoHS Manufacture Order according to the |
|
"RoHS Compliant Components Checking List", they must confirm all components must |
|
have RoHS label. |
