When paired with the restaurant pager, staff can tap the pager against the NFC reader before handing over an order; the system immediately logs the pager’s information and starts the timer automatically. Once the meal is ready, staff can use the SC-800 to quickly notify customers to pick up their order, significantly boosting pickup efficiency. If an order remains outstanding beyond the preset time, the system will automatically alert and flag it as overdue, helping staff adjust meal preparation or pickup notifications in real time and further enhancing the customer experience.

To streamline the pickup process even more, the SC-800 can be connected to the LDN3V LED display to broadcast calling numbers; customers can simply glance at the screen to confirm their pickup information, reducing wait times and on-site confusion.

In addition, the SC-800 not only improves customer pickup efficiency but can also work with staff pagers, enabling employees to quickly notify a single person or the entire team and ensuring smooth internal coordination.
